Folios not attached to parchment covers now preserved with this manuscript; covers are considerably smaller (ca. 115 x 168) than folios, and may be unrelated. No index. Anthems and motets copied by a single scribe, who also wrote ShrewR 1; Service sections are later additions by one or two different hands. One inked calligraphic initial.
