Original numbering of pieces, 1-23 (counts Pars II of one motet separately). Original parchment covers (inscribed "Countertenor"), formerly part of another manuscript. No index. One scribe copied ff. 2-6', 8, 9-10, and 13-15; second scribe copied ff. 7-7', 8', 10'-12', and 15'-16; fragments on original flyleaves in a third hand.
