General Description

A Bassus partbook from a set originally of six volumes (5 of which survive). Copied by a single scribe. Copied in England. Later owned by Sir Frederick Ouseley (1825-89), founder of St. Michael's College (near Tenbury, Worcester). Bequeathed to St. Michael's College; deposited in Bodleian Library in 1979.
