XVIe s. 96ff. Parchemin, 594 x 405 mm. Foliotation moderne. Les ff. lr-v, 2, 5v, 15v, 33v, 34, 65v, 66, 79v, 80, 96v sont blancs. Notation mesurée blanche. 7-10 portées par p. Capitales enluminées en coul. dont quelques-unes ont été coupées, mutilant ainsi gravement le ms. Reliure du XVIIIe s. cuir, fermoirs et bouillons métal.
Ms. copié à Malines, très probablement par Alamire, chez Marguerite d'Autriche dont les armoiries figurent au f. 51 (Kyrie de la messe à sa louange) et qui fut ensuite donné au pape Léon X (1513-1521), representé au f. 2. Le style flamand des miniatures apparente ce ms, non seulement aux mss. 34 et 160 de la Sistina, mais aussi aux mss. de Bruxelles 1782 et 15075 qui, eux, émanent sans conteste de la cour de Marguerite.
