XVIe s. 130ff. Papier, 390x280 mm. Foliotation moderne ne tenant pas compte des ff. qui mq. certainement avant le f. 1, entre les ff. 55 et 56, 75' et 76, 93 et 94 et après le f. 130. Les ff. 19, 56, 76, 94 sont blancs. Notation mesurée blanche. 6-11 portées par p. Grandes initiales ornées à la plume. Reliure ancienne cuir brun.
Ce ms. de la main d'Alamire a certainement été copié à la cour de Marguerite d'Autriche et il s'apparente ainsi (pour ne citer que ceux figurant dans ce vol.) aux mss. I-Rvat 34, 36, 160 et 1976-79.
