Used as covers for a 1613-5 account book for Church of St. Gudule, Brussels. Recto of first folio blank. Copied by Netherlands court scribe Petrus Alamire (Kellman); Warmington identifies the copyist as scribe D (KellmanTO). Copied in Brussels/Mechlin; belongs to Netherlands court complex (Kellman).

Probably originally from the same choirbook as St-Gudule 9424 and Brussels H1135.
