Copied at St. Giustina Benedictine Abbey in Padua. Folios with music removed from original context and used in binding of the Contemplatione during first half of 15th century. Subsequent history same as for PadU 675.

RISM B/IV 4: 15. Jh.; 2 Blätter Pergament, 305 x 230 mm (+ 2 kleinere Blätter Papier). Ohne sichtbare originale Foliierung Je Seite 10 rote Fünfliniensysteme mit schwarzer und schwarz-roter Mensuralnotation - Heute sind sie losgelöst und werden unter Frammenti musicali aufbewahrt.
Die beiden vermutlich im frühen 15. Jh. geschriebenen Doppelblätter dienten als Deck- beziehungsweise Vorsatzblätter der aus S. Giustina (Padua) stammenden Handschrift des 15. Jh. mit Richardi de S. Victore de Contemplatione (altes Inventar Nr. 339). Die beiden Pergament-Blätter weisen je ca. das doppelte Format der genannten Handschrift auf. Das hier allein interessierende Pergament-Doppelblatt (die Papier-Blätter zeigen lediglich Abklatsche der Pergament-Blätter) gehörte mit größter Wahrscheinlichkeit derselben Handschrift wie die Blätter von I-Pu1106 an, steht doch, wie dort, auf f. 1r und 1v "Frater Rolandus Monachus scripsit". Zudem stimmen die Formate der beiden Handschriften miteinander überein.
