General Description

One of three supplementary envelopes that are kept withGB-Cpc MS 314, the other two being named 'A' and 'B'. Whereas envelopes A and B contain only monophonic chant (and are not listed on DIAMM), envelope C contains the fragments of three folios, in very poor condition.

The three folios are portions of a partbook, copied in England. All three fragments, together with what is now MS 314, were discovered in the binding of Cpc MS C 47.

RISM Description

RISM B/IV 4: 15.

(9), (10) u. (11) drei Carols, die sich auf Blattresten befinden.
