XVIe s. 200ff. + 3ff. limin. ch. I-III et 2 à la fin. Papier, 425 x 305 mm. Foliotation ancienne: 1-200. Les ff. 1 et 200v sont blancs. Notation mesurée blanche. 10 portées par p. Au f. limin. IIIv Table alphabétique contemporaine du ms. Grandes capitales ornées à la plume. Reliure parchemin moderne.

Ce ms. (Provenienza Gaddi. N.1113) de motets et fragments de messes, présente la particularité remarquable de fournir (à la Table sinon toujours en tête des pièces) le nom des auteurs de 61 des 64 compositions, Josquin étant le mieux représenté avec 13, suivi par Mouton avec 12 et Isaac avec 11. A côté de la génération de Josquin active dès la fin du XVe s., la présence de Carpentras, Ninot, Eustachius, porte vers 1530 la date du ms. qui n'a d'ailleurs pu être copié avant 1514, date de la mort d'Anne de Bretagne, la Lamentation écrite par Mouton à cette occasion figurant au no 58. D'autre part, certaines pièces semblent avoir été copiées d'après les Motetti de la Corona Lib. Io, imprimé chez Petrucci en 1514 (15141), par ex. les nos 51 et 57. Dans l'état présent du ms. (1979), des ff. ont été intervertis par le relieur à la réfection du ms. (cf. nos 56, 57 et 58) et la foliotation en partie rognée.
