Only one side of the page is legible (the folio is glued to a wooden book cover). The visible side of the leaf contains the triplum 'of Colla iugo' by Vitry and the lower voice of “Inperayritz” (with very interesting variants) from the Llibre vermell. The fragment was discovered in 1930 by Canon Sancho Capdevila, founder of the Archivo Episcopal. It has been recently detached from he wood cover and David Catalunya has identified the duplum of 'Impudenter / Virtutibus laudabilis' (for this see also his dissertation).
