i + 78 + i paper folios, 195 x 128. Printed signature/folio numbers, Giii-Qiiii (ff. Ai-Gii and Ri-? missing). New covers of green cardboard. Faburdens on ff. Oii'-Ov, copied by two scribes. Faburdens #2-3 numbered as such; others unnumbered. No initials or decoration. Polyphonic contents identical to those of OxfBRLe.45.
