DIAMM Note

The folios were added as fols. 84 and 85 of Lbl Add MS 49597 - the make-up volume for 1957, at that stage as item (O). CCM gives Add. 49597 O . By 1968 they were separately mounted as now. The item number was revised from ‘(O)’ to ‘(N)’ in 1983, owing presumably to a revision in the earlier items in Add MS 49597.

There is an anomaly in the numbering. They were numbered 84 and 85 (as on the DIAMM images) when in the volume, but when they were separated Bent numbered them 1 and 2. That is why the DIAMM images are 84 and 85, and under foliation DIAMM gives 1 and 2.

Peter Wright notes that 'the contents and folio numbers of this fragment are incorrectly listed. For a correct listing see Bent 1968, p. 156.' The Credo which opens the fragment is edited in Wright 2013.
