ii + 325 + ii paper folios, 290 x 221. Original foliation and new pencil foliation. Modern cardboard covers with black leather spine. The names of former owners, Henry Byllinge, Wm. Ravenscroft, and Thomas Rauncroft (Ravenscroft?), appear on the flyleaves. Ff. 219-228, on which the Mass is found, were originally part of the binding of this manuscript; they were removed on 15 July 1915 and placed in the manuscript proper.
