4 fragmentary paper folios, originally ca. 180 x 140, recovered from binding of unidentified book by A. G. W. Murray, Trinity College librarian, in 1913.

Modern pencil foliation, 1-4 (f. 2 actually a verso, f. 2' actually a recto). Copied by a single scribe. Staff height ca. 13. No initials or decoration. Watermark similar to Briquet #1680, #1724, and #1741 (FallowsJO).

Ca. 1465-85 (FallowsJO). Copied in France.
