RISM B/IV 5: XVIe s. 81 ff. Papier, 485 x 335 mm. Foliotation ancienne avec lacunes en haut des ff. 1-153 et foliotation moderne au bas des ff.: 1-81. La foliotation ancienne montre que les ff 30 à 84, 94 à 113, 132 mq. Les ff. 1 et 153v sont blancs. Dans la foliotation moderne, les ff. 30r-v, 41r-v, 60r-v, 81v sont blancs. Notation mesurée blanche. 13 portées par p. Sur 2 ff. de parchemin détachés, Table fragmentaire du ms. établie (par Spataro?) sur le ms. primitif.

Un des 5 mss. inscrits en 1527 par Spataro sur son testament en faveur de S. Petronio. 81 ff. subsistent sur les 153 du ms. original. D'après la Table, le ms contenait 12 messes, 11 parties de messes et 14 motets, parmi lesquels mq. (entièrement ou en partie) suivant l'ordre de la table:

ii + 78 paper folios of an original 153, 485 x 335. Ff. 30-83, 94-113, and 132 are missing. Original ink foliation; also a recent pencil foliation entered after some folios were lost. Original yellow parchment covers were replaced by new ones when the manuscripts was restored and rebound recently; some folios from a late 15th-century manuscript were recovered from these original covers (see BolSP s.s.). Original index at the beginning of the manuscript, on two loose parchment sheets from a 14th- or 15th-century antiphoner, lists all pieces, including those now missing. Copied by Giovanni Spataro.
