RISM B/IV 5: II s'agit de 2 fragments d'un même ms. italien, d'une même main pour les pièces religieuses, ayant servi de couverture pour des documents d'archives et, de ce fait, assez détériorés. Les concordances avec le ms. de Bologna Q 15 (nos 3, 4, 8), ainsi que la notation et le répertoire, placent le ms. dans la 1ère moitié du XVe s., entre ca. 1430-35 et 1450, les pièces profanes ayant été ajoutées d'une autre main, mais peu après pour le ms. 326.

XVe s., 2ff. Parchemin, 290 x 213 mm. (rognés à la partie supérieure). Pas de foliotation. Notation mesurée noire et rouge. A l'origine, 9 portées rouges par p., dont mq. maintenant la portée supérieure. Restes de capitales ornées, or et couleurs.
