1 fragmentary parchment folio, 259 x 376, the lower half of a choirbook folio originally ca. 500 x 380. No foliation remains. Black mensural notation on red staves, with red coloration. Initials decorated in green and blue.

Mid 15th century. Copied in England (StaeNQ). Owned by the notary Claude Place of Cully (near Lausanne) during 1560's.
