A MS of the second quarter of the 15th century, principally containing statutes in French from the first year of the reign of king Henry IV of England to the fourth year of Henry VI (1399-1426). Fol. 3 is a parchment flyleaf belonging to the corpus, but f. 1-2 and 44-45 are 14th century flyleaves containing polyphonic music of pre-Ars Nova type. There are two motets and three conductus, and rondellus technique plays an important part in these compositions. Fol. 1 actually belongs with f. 44 and f. 45 with f. 2: these were originally 4 consecutive leaves.
