Copied in Breslau,for use in local evangelical services at Church of St. Mary Magdalene. Dedication to Bartholomeus Magnus Kaevesius at beginning. Manuscript later transferred to Breslau Stadtbibliothek. Missing since World War II; contents and composers known from BohH.
