Motet 'Gaude Ma[ria] cunctas here[ses]' copied on back of roll; music extends down parchment for 172 mm. Of English origin; copied at Benedictine abbey in Pershore, Worcestershire. Presented to British Museum by Robert Steele in 1920.

Parchment roll (two membranes), 187 mm. wide, upon which is copied an inventory and rental of Pershore Abbey (Worcestershire), taken by Nicolaus de Seyneburi and John Wescote. Motet "Gaude Ma[ria] cunctas here[ses]" copied on back of roll; music extends down parchment for 172 mm.
