Ink inscription on front cover: "Liber Primus de Sanctis A.4.5.6." Original index on ff. 1-2' lists pieces in order of appearance, with number of voices and attributions. Copied by Georg Kuglmann, scribe for Styrian archducal court at Graz (FederhM); Kuglmann also wrote other manuscripts not within scope of this catalogue. Staff height 25. Inked calligraphic initials. Watermarks: (1) crown and star (not in Briquet); (2) kneeling saint with halo, holding cross (not in Briquet, but see Briquet #7628 for approximate pattern).
