Foliation, not original, on rectos (missing on some folios); some modern pagination, inaccurate. Original covers of parchment on pasteboard. No index. Earliest layer copied by Giordano Passetto (ca. 1484-1557), maestro di cappella of Padua Cathedral from 1520 until his death; Passetto also copied PadBC A17 and PadBC D27 (ConstRM). Five additional scribes probably include the composers Guainaro, Mosto, and C. Porta, also maestri at Padua Cathedral. Inked initials. Watermarks: (1) generally resembles Briquet #11912 (also found on ff. 19-98 of PadBC D27); (2) generally resembles Briquet #207-9; (3) three-peaked mountain in circle, surmounted by cross (not in Briquet); (4) circle bisected by horizontal line and surmounted by cross (not in Briquet).
