Copied mostly by Giovanni Spataro (TirroRM); a second scribe (f. 28') also wrote portions of BolSP 29 (text), BolSP 45, and BolSP 46; a third scribe (ff. 130'-131 and ff. 138'-139) also wrote ff. ll'-14 of BolSP 46; a fourth scribe wrote ff. 127'-130. Copied in Bologna, for use at Church of San Petronio.

RISM B/IV 5: XVIe s. 71ff. Papier, 550 x 380 mm. Foliotation ancienne. Les ff. 29 à 107 mq. Les ff. 1, 112v, 113, 118v, 119, 121v, 122, 150v sont blancs. Notation mesurée blanche. 13 portées par p.

Ce ms., en grande partie écrit par Spataro, semble lui aussi correspondre à l'un des 5 légués par lui en 1527 à S. Petronio. 71 ff. subsistent sur les 150 du ms. original.

71 paper folios of an original 150, 550 x 380. The folios have been trimmed, with possible loss of some composers' names. Original foliation; ff. 29-107 are missing. Restored and rebound in new covers. No index. The main scribe was Giovanni Spataro. The missing folios probably contained additional Masses.
