Two original folios ripped out at end of A; one original folio cut out between ff. 18/19 of B. New foliation. Blank folios, or blank staves only—A: 1, 24-25, 26-45, 46-46'; B: 23-23', 33'-35'. No covers or binding remain. No index. Copied by a single scribe. Watermark: crown. Most Latin pieces have text underlaid; German pieces have text incipits only.
