Maria del Mar (Barcelona) at his death in 1607; from Vic (Vich) - inscription on last page: 'Fet de ma mia. Anticus Andreas en Vich'. Despite the inscription, 9 other scribes copied a total of 12 pieces into the manuscript as well (Puentes-Blanco).
