XV/XVIe s. 10ff. Papier, 225 x 165 mm. Foliotation moderne. Les ff. 3 à 4, 8 à 9 sont blancs. Notation mesurée blanche. 5 portées par p.
Ce ms. formé d'un seul cahier de 10ff. de papier homogène provient peut-être d'un recueil plus important, à moins qu'il n'ait constitué à lui seul un «fascicle ms». Il appartenait à une famille de Trente d'où il est passé à la Biblioteca Comunale vers 1940. Il contient 9 chansons à 3 ou 4vx. dont 4 sur paroles allemandes (nos 3, 8, 9), 1 sur texte flamand (no 6) et 4 sans paroles qu'on a pu restituer pour les nos 4 et 5. Les annotations que l'on trouve sur le ms., toutes en dialecte tyrolien allemand, indiquent que le volume a été copié à Trente ou sa région, vraisemblablement à la fin des années 1490 ou au début des années 1500.
