A Discantus II partbook from a set originally of eight volumes; the Tenor II partbook is now S-Skma 45, the Bassus I is shelved with this volume. Copied by several scribes. Many pieces have text incipits or titles only. Copied in Stockholm, for use at court of Erik XIV, King of Sweden. Compilation possibly associated with Jorgen Heyde and Johann Paston, who came to Stockholm in 1556 and 1559 respectively, following service at Danish royal court in Copenhagen. D2 & B1 partbooks apparently in Kungliga Biblioteket since time of compilation.

Binding and covers probably from workshop of Hans Düsterbach (d. 1591), of Stockholm (HedbergSB)
