XVI s. 92ff. (olim 115=16ff. entre 66 et 83, 7ff. coupés à la fin). Papier 410 x 280 mm. Foliotation ancienne: 1-66, continuée par une foliotation moderne: 67-92, corrigeant la foliotation ancienne qui porte 83-108. Les ff. 1, 36v, 37, 39v, 40v, 67 (83) sont blancs. Notation mesurée blanche. 12 portées par p. Aux 2ff. limin. ch. moderne 1-2 (lr et 2v sont blancs), table alphabétique incompl. contemporaine du ms. Petites capitales ornées à la plume. Reliure ancienne cuir brun, très fatiguée, portant sur le plat: MOTETTI.

Ce ms., qui contient 69 antiennes et psaumes à 4v., marque lui aussi l'influence prépondérante des Franco-flamands à la cathédrale de Vérone pour laquelle, comme les précédents, il a été compilé, mais avec un répertoire plus jeune comprenant des musiciens comme Jean Lhéritier ou Claudin de Sermisy dont l'activité n'a pas commencé avant les premières années du XVIe s.
