XVe s. 98 ff. Papier (Parchemin aux ff. 1 et 98 avec notation neumatique), 442 x 320 mm. Foliotation moderne. Notation mesurée blanche. 10 portées par p. Capitales ornées à la plume. Reliure ancienne cuir estampé, bouillons et coins métal, très fatiguée.

La présence de 2 Salve regina, unica de M. Cara et G. Brocco, tous les deux originaires de Vérone où ils ont fait leurs premières études musicales avant de trouver ailleurs une certaine célébrité comme frottolistes, permet de penser que le ms. a été copié à Vérone avant que Cara n'ait quitté la ville pour Mantoue en 1495. Le filigrane de l'oie, fréquent dans les documents véronais des trois dernières décennies du XVe s., confirme aussi l'origine du ms. Alors que les messes dominent dans le 1ère partie jusqu'au no 19, la musique pour les vêpres occupe presque exclusivement la fin du recueil. Les nos 6, 11, 24, 36, 43, 48, 59, 65, 68, ont été copiés postérieurement aux p. laissées blanches par le scribe principal
