RISM B/IV 4: 15. Jh.; 150 Blätter Papier, 300 x 200 mm. Originale Foliierung von f. 1-150. - Einband: alte Holzdeckel mit modernem Lederrücken.

Diese Handschrift des 15. Jh. enthält musiktheoretische Traktate (Inhalt siehe bei Smits van Waesberghe und Vecchi). Auf f. 47v/48r steht die von den Traktaten unabhängige, dreistimmige Ballata Incipitverzeichnis Nr. 1: 9 und 7 schwarze Fünfliniensysteme mit schwarzer und schwarz/hohler Mensuralnotation um 1400.
