Treatises on music, by Franchino Gafori, Jean de Muris, and Alexander Assolari, with polyphony on ff. 93'-95 and ff. 100'-102. Copied by Alexander Assolari, a Carmelite friar (inscription on f. 100). Copied at Carmelite convent in Bologna (inscription on f. 100).

Ms. de provenance inconnue. Copie, la plus ancienne, semble-t-il, de la Practica musicae de Franchino Gaffurio avec ex. musicaux à partir du f. 88 et 2 pièces polyphoniques seul'.

Au f. 100: «Hoc opusculum scriptum et notatum fuit per fratrem Alexandrum de Assolarijs de Albino ordinis carmelitarum observancie in conventu nostro Bergomi … sub anno incarnationis m.cccc.lxxx.vij die prima mensis decem-bris.» Seul le motet n° 2 aurait donc été copié postérieurement à 1487.
