A number of leaves have been lost from the rear of this book, leaving 7 of the last 8 pieces incomplete. GottA's foliation shows that the pages are missing, although the catalogue makes no other reference to this.

Multiple Augsburg watermarks indicate that the paper for most of the music dates from c1571, that of the final three pieces is from c1598.
