If these 2 bifolios are the middle 2 of a quaternio, given labels of f. A-H, the correct order of pages is: f. 1, col. 2 = f. B; f. 1v, col. 1 = f. Bv; f. 312, col. 2 = f. C; f. 312v, col. 1 = f.
