A Sextus partbook from a set of six volumes, each of which consists of the prints RISM 1585/17, RISM L981, and RISM S2300, with manuscript additions preceding and following each print. Copied by several scribes; scribal concordances with some other WrocU manuscripts. Copied in Brieg (= Brzeg). Formerly owned by Brieg Gymnasial-Bibliothek; transferred to present location in 1890.
