A paper quire in small choirbook format, showing signs of having been detached from a larger manuscript. May once have had a cover. 15 unnumbered folios, containing 6 pieces for the Office & Mass, 2 of them incomplete and partly textless. Informally laid out, perhaps a succession of unfinished drafts and fair copies (Alvarenga). Probably originated at Evora Cathedral.
