A Bassus partbook from a set of four volumes, each consisting of the print RISM [1519]/5, with manuscript additions following print. Probably copied by Jacob Hagenbach (see below); same scribe also wrote BasU F.IX.59-62, portions of BasU F.X. 17-20, and manuscript addition in BasU kk.IV. 19-22 (KmetzH). Copied in Basel. Originally owned by Jacob Hagenbach (1533-ca. 1566), a Basel goldsmith. Later passed to Hagenbach's grandson, Johann Jakob Hagenbach. Acquired by present library from latter's estate in 1649.
