3 paper partbooks of an original 4 (DB-16 folios each, A-8), 165 x 222-5. A book incomplete; now contains only portions of Hellinck Mass. No foliation or pagination. Original covers lost; partbooks now kept unbound in modern cardboard container along with ZwiR 10/la and ZwiR 10/1b. Copied by two scribes. Staff height 12-15 (variable). No initials or decoration. Watermark resembles Briquet #2175.

Second half of 16th century. Of German origin.
