General Description

A MS of 164 leaves containing the works of Terence, with a number of notes in margins and between lines and some grammatical notes. The flyleaves and pastedowns are from a liturgical book, and contain fragments of Latin hymns (the penultimate one also has, Latin grammatical notes and a recipe in French to cure gout on the front and a list of the characters in the six comedies of Terence on the back). On ff. 162/5, 163 and 164 there are the names of two owners - brother Florentinus..., prior of Tho(ma?) Carnotensis dyocesis - and -magister Alexius Bonni, Carnotensis canonicus.
