A Discantus 1 partbook from a set originally of eight volumes. Copied by three scribes, including Cornelius Freundt (ca. 1535-91), cantor at Church of St. Mary, Zwickau. Copied in Zwickau, for use at Church of St. Mary.

No covers. No index. Copied by three scribes, including Cornelius Freundt (ca. 1535-91), cantor at Church of St. Mary, Zwickau; see general index for other manuscripts copied by Freundt. No decorative initials; text incipits and some "Altera pars" indications in red ink. Watermark is Briquet #1408.

Second half of 16th century. Copied in Zwickau, for use at Church of St. Mary.
