Copied by several scribes; scribal concordances with some other WrocU manuscripts. Copied in Brieg (= Brzeg). Formerly owned by Brieg Gymnasial-Bibliothek; transferred to present location in 1890.

Rebound in modern covers of black cardboard; each book has modern paper flyleaf at front and back. Original parchment covers cut from non-musical manuscript now bound in as second flyleaf at front and penultimate flyleaf at back of each book.
