Many folios in T book now fragmentary and in very poor condition, apparently due to water or fire damage; folios later repaired and covered with transparent protective material. Sporadic new pencil foliation in some books. Rebound in modern covers of black cardboard; each book has modern paper flyleaf at front and back. Original parchment covers cut from non-musical manuscript now bound in as second flyleaf at front and penultimate flyleaf at back of each book. No index.
