Copied by three scribes: (1) ff. l'-19, 23'-63', 67, 95'-114; (2) ff. 19'-22; (3) ff. 69'-92. GottH identification of second scribe as Nikolaus Peuschel probably incorrect (Call). Copied in Stuttgart, for use by court chapel of Ulrich, Duke of Württemberg (1487-1550). Originally 114 folios.

Original covers of tooled leather over pasteboard, extensively repaired and restored at an undetermined time; modern spine. Incomplete original index (now almost illegible) on front cover. Copied by three scribes: (1) ff. l'-19, 23'-63', 67, 95'-114; (2) ff. 19'-22; (3) ff. 69'-92. GottH identification of second scribe as Nikolaus Peuschel probably incorrect (Call). No initials or decoration.
