General Description

A Tenor partbook from a set of three volumes. Copied by many scribes, including Simon Coleman, William King, Richard Goodson the Elder, and Morgan Cove (MareMO). Two main series (upside down in relation to each other); scribes began entering music simultaneously at front and back of each book, working toward middle. Copied in Oxford, for use by New College chapel choir. Presented to Bodleian Library by Warden and Fellows of New College in 1919.
