1 parchment folio, ca. 500 x 390, with bell-shaped flap, ca. 100 x 85, extending upward from center of folio. Giliardi motet "Sena Vetus" copied on recto; verso blank. Staff height 15. Painted initials (gold, with red and green infill) on blue grounds; white filigree work. Flap at top bears painted coat of arms of city of Siena, surrounded by inked floral motifs. Motet text honors city of Siena.
