General Note

the title is "responsorium pro Defunctis del Arzobispo don Bernardino". None of the archbishops of Malaga was a Bernard(ino) - the last was Bernardo Manrique 1541-1564; perhaps this was Bernardino de Figueroa, maestro de capilla at the Royal Chapel of Granada till 1551, and from 26 November 1571 till his death in 1586 Archbishop of Brindisi? (However, none of Figueroa's compositions is otherwise known to survive.)
