Earliest layer copied by one main scribe (identified by Jas, but not CCM, as de Blauwe), and one other scribe; later additions by several scribes, including Johannes Flamingus. Some of the scribal hands also appear in LeidGA 1441 and LeidGA 1443. Main corpus perhaps copied in Brussels (though Jas argues for Leiden); later used by St. Peter's Church in Leiden, where additions were made. Subsequent history same as for LeidGA 1438.

Composer ascription for Benedic anima mea (ff. 118v-126) adjusted: ascribed to Isaac in Secundus Tomus Psalmorum selectorum (1539-9), but the same piece occurs in Motetti della corona II ( 1519-1), there ascribed to Eustachius de monte regali.
