General Description

The MS. consists of three gatherings: fols 1-89, 90-99, 100-107. Copied by many scribes, aomng them possibly Fray Pedro Duran. The name Don Juan de Vibanco appears on fol. 1r. From Granada?

104 paper folios, 540 x 385 (new ff. 90-99 measure 495 x 350). Modern pencil foliation, 1-107 (ff. 6-8 now missing); remnants of original ink foliation, to f. 105. Original covers of brown suede leather over boards; two closing clasps now missing. No index. Scribal concordances with GranCR 3 and GranCR (5). Manuscript is in three sections: ff. 1-89; 90-99; 100-107. First folio has inscription: "Don Juan de Vibanco."
