General Description

F. 1-216 contain a 13th-century Bible. On f. 217v/218r (a double sheet with an overall size 165 x 230 mm) is a three-voice Kyrie in score (f. 217r and 218v show empty staves with texts of the 15th century overwritten). This was probably used as a cover or title page in the 15th or perhaps late 14th Century. According to R. Strohm, it comes from an English manuscript of the 14th or early 15th Century, but the whole book was written at the beginning of the 15th Century, most likely in possession of St. Vincent Ferrer († 1419 in Brittany).

RISM Description

RISM B/IV 4: 13./15. Jh.; 218 Blätter Pergament + 2 moderne Vorsatz- und 1 Nachstoßblatt, 165 x 115 mm. Moderne Bleistiftfoliierung von f. 1-218. - Einband: Moderne Kartondeckel.
