The MS has been in San Lorenzo, the Cathedral of Perugia since at least 1380. In the 14th century it was probably in Perugia.

Jh.(?); Holzdeckel mit Lederrücken.

Diese Handschrift ist ein mittelitalienisches Antiphonar (Proprium Sanctorum) des 13. Jh., das sich spätestens seit 1380 in S. Lorenzo, der Kathedrale Perugias befindet. Im 14. Jh., wahrscheinlich in Perugia, wurden f. 1-4, 35-38 ("In festo beati Herculani": Schutzpatron Perugias) und f. 136-138 mit Eintragungen des 13.-15. Jh. beigefügt. Dazu kommen weitere Nachträge, die ab f. 133r vermutlich in Perugia vorgenommen worden sind. Die 4 mehrstimmige Stücke stehen in den eingeschobenen oder nachgetragenen Teilen der Handschrift und stammen wohl aus dem 14. Jh.
