Copied by one main scribe, with later additions by 12 other scribes, including Werner Gebhard (inscription on f. 100'), Onofrio Renollt (inscription on f. 102'), and Ludwig Iselin; latter scribe also wrote BasU F.X.25-6 and portions of BasU F.IX.32-5 (KmetzH). Ludwig Iselin (1559-1612) was a nephew of Basilius Amerbach. Several concordances with BasU F.X.25-6. Once owned by Georgius Hugoni; given in 1574 to Ludwig Iselin (1559-1612), of Basel (inscription on f. 100'). Acquired by present library from Iselin estate in 1669.
